Prompt response: Over the past week, this course has been manageable for me. I have been completing my blogs which take a bit of time to think and write but they are something I am capable of doing. One of my strengths as we go through the school year is reading texts and answering questions; however, my writing style and grammar will be one thing I will try to manage and improve. For example, our recent blog about jealousy, I took a bit of time to come up with a right story telling paragraph.

Summary: Today we did an Origin Myth Quiz with 14 questions to answer about the text.

Reflection: From the story in the quiz today, I learned that when someone is being too selfish, they will eventually lose someone or deceive a consequence. Thinking about how others feel and listening to their perspective can make a huge difference in a relationship.

Write about a conversation that changed you.

Reflect on your reading of Into the Wild chapters 1–10. Which chapter stood out to you the most, and why? In your response, explain what specifically made this chapter meaningful, interesting, or impactful. You may consider elements such as McCandless’s actions, a key event, a theme, or Krakauer’s storytelling

If you had to describe how you show love using only three objects (for example: a playlist, a hoodie, a late-night snack, a long text message, etc.), what would you choose and why? Explain what each object represents and how it connects to your personality.
