Prompt Response: The metaphor I would use to describe my own mind is "My mind is a muscle.¨ Muscle get sore when you exercise. Although it hurts, you know that it will be a gain for you and you will become stronger. My mind, even through the tough challenges that I have gone through, they made my character stronger. Life is continuously trying to make me a better version of myself. 

Summary: Today we worked on three Common Lit assignments and Blog Post. 

Reflection: I learned that through distance, love will be shown one way or the other. Love is shown through a balance between actions and words.
