Describe a time that you had an encounter with a homeless person, either directly or indirectly. What did you think and how did it make you feel?

Prompt Response: While I was grocery shopping with my mom, I saw a man walking around and asking for money. I thought to myself how unfortunate it would be to be in that situation and started asking myself questions about how he got there. Seeing that homeless man made me feel grateful for the things I have.

Summary: Today in class we read a new story and answered some questions.

Reflection:  I finished revising and answering the questions.

Reflect on your reading of Into the Wild chapters 1–10. Which chapter stood out to you the most, and why? In your response, explain what specifically made this chapter meaningful, interesting, or impactful. You may consider elements such as McCandless’s actions, a key event, a theme, or Krakauer’s storytelling

If you had to describe how you show love using only three objects (for example: a playlist, a hoodie, a late-night snack, a long text message, etc.), what would you choose and why? Explain what each object represents and how it connects to your personality.
