Think about the vocabulary words from Lesson Two. Write about a time you saw or heard one of these words outside of the classroom — maybe in a movie, song, social media post, or book. Describe how it was used and whether the context helped you understand the word better.

Prompt Response: In a song, I saw the word serendipity used as the title. Serendipity means a pleasant surprise made by accident and in the song, the lyrics talk about the love between two people feels like fate or a wonderful coincidence. So, the title fits the song perfectly with the message and vibe of the song.

Summary: Today we worked on new vocabulary.

Reflection: I did my blog and finished my vocabulary activity.

Reflect on your reading of Into the Wild chapters 1–10. Which chapter stood out to you the most, and why? In your response, explain what specifically made this chapter meaningful, interesting, or impactful. You may consider elements such as McCandless’s actions, a key event, a theme, or Krakauer’s storytelling

If you had to describe how you show love using only three objects (for example: a playlist, a hoodie, a late-night snack, a long text message, etc.), what would you choose and why? Explain what each object represents and how it connects to your personality.
