How have the holidays changed as you have grown older? Compare your experiences of the holidays during childhood with how you experience them now, focusing on shifts in perspective, responsibilities, or emotional meaning.

Prompt Response:  One thing that has changed about Christmas is that I received less gifts.  Growing up in my country, I don't have memories of any of my Christmas gift or if I even got some, maybe that was not the most important part back then, rather it was the fireworks, decoration, and a warm dinner that brought my whole family together. Everything changed during my first Christmas in the U.S. back in 2016, when I woke up to find many gifts to open. I was overjoyed but gradually the gifts became less and less. However, even if it's just one, the gifts have become more meaningful to me.

Summary: Today we started vocabulary lesson 6.

Reflection:  I finished making my own sentence for each vocabulary term.
