What is the best piece of advice of that your parent or guardian has given you? Tell what the advice was and what prompted you to ask the question.

Prompt Response: I have never asked my mom for advice, I just figure out solutions for my problems. Even though I don't ask, I know that she might say to always work hard and to have self-respect. I haven't asked because she has said phrases that are like advice, for example to lead a good life, and to make wise decisions.

Summary: Today we read a new poem, analyzed it , and worked on an assignment on Writable.

Reflection:  I turned the assignment in.
